This law comes into operation because of the first two laws. Most people in self-help and some spiritual programs do not know about or understand the first two laws. That is why they talk about the law of cause and effect. But we understand it to be the Law of Effect and Cause. We are pure universal energy. It is made of us and we are made from it. It is interchangeable. We as the being are the effect which causes all things to come into existence by being-ness. And being-ness operates through the tool consciousness in order to do. Our Being is the effect-first principle of the mind to exist. The second principle is cause, which is a matter, or a quality, of our being-ness. It is the “do” part of us. We exist as the Being to be entertained and to expand consciousness. It is through the effect of our being that our Energy-being, which is the being-ness of effect, brings about the “doing-ness” of cause. When we operate from our Being, we then are the effect that causes this or that. A cause needs a source. An effect does not; it just already is.
