We are the potential energy of the mind-spirit to go forth and do work. Growth happens through a process of movement, and movement is the by-product of energy. Energy is the element that brings out the potential within all possible realities. Thus, growth occurs when we go forth and move energy around to create the potential realities of which we desire the experience. Energy can be moved more than just one way. We can use our physical body to move something, because we are able to take action. However, in the mental realm, perception is also an action. Therefore, it makes no difference whether we take physical action toward a creation or simply perceive from a certain viewpoint; energy never stands still, so we always circulate it. Now, we decide if we will allow our energy to circulate randomly or if we will take control and use it as our tool. 

Taking control of energy—our actions and perceptions—only requires determinism from the essence or the mind-spirit. Another desired benefit of energy circulation is that it removes impurities from our life, body, and mind by energy flush. Just as clean water and healthy foods help to remove stale, unwanted energy from the lymphatic system by cleaning out those toxins, so too does energy flush remove unproductive thoughts and actions. In our personal and business life, we must stop procrastinating and take care of business. If we handle things the right away, which means movement, then energy cannot pile up, and we stay in flow. The mental and physical act of deliberate creation, or moving energy, is spiritual circulation. Removing the stale energy from our space from which we create is crucial to having enough energy to complete our creations. The lethargic life that some live caused by this lack of movement—both from physical and mental stagnation—means that people will be unable to expand their potential and learn more information about themselves and how they work. The more organized and purposeful our energy and the direction that it flows will increase the amount of energy that we have to place into any creation that we chose to pursue.
